We’re a small but growing team, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who want to learn a trade, work with their hands, and take pride in what they build.
What You’ll Do
- Get surfaces ready by grinding, cleaning, and patching concrete.
- Mix and roll out epoxy and polyaspartic coatings.
- Help keep job sites clean and organized.
- Work with the team to get jobs done right and on time.
- Talk with customers on-site in a professional, friendly way.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in epoxy floors, painting, or construction is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and eye for detail.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet most of the day.
- Reliable transportation.
- Team player with a good attitude.
